Payment Option
Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us.

Identification while availing the Service
It is always advisable to carry and show your STDC Transaction Reference Number Confirmation (TRNC) received through email. In case you are not carrying the Transaction Reference Number Confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) which you have used while making reservation.

Cancellation policy
By making a reservation with a service provider, you accept and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the service provider that may apply to your reservation, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the service provider. The following general cancellation and no-show policy shall be applicable for accommodation, tour package as well as vehicle reservation.

  • In case, the request for cancellation is received, more than 07 days in advance from the scheduled date of check-in/arrival date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation is received in between 4th & 7th day from the scheduled date of the check-in/arrival date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation is received in between 2nd & 3th day from the scheduled date of the check-in/arrival date, 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • There shall be no refund if the request of the cancellation is received in less than 02 days from the date of check-in/arrival date.
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. in reduction of rooms or the period of stay is received from the guest; the rules as in case of cancellation shall apply for the period the cancellation/reduction is sought.
  • The STDC reserves the right to cancel the advance booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
